When will my order ship?
All pieces are handmade in small batches. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll take care of it.

What materials are used?
Each piece is handmade using polymer clay and acrylic, sealed with a clear gloss finish. Earrings are finished with stainless steel posts.

How should I care for my earrings?
To preserve the finish:

• Avoid water, perfume, and lotions ( But can be cleaned of with a unscented wipe )

• Store in a dry place when not in use

• Handle with care — these are wearable art pieces

What does the weight scale mean?
To help you choose comfortably, pieces are labeled using a simple weight scale:

• Weight 1 — ultra-light (small styles)

• Weight 2 — lightweight statement (Ezra)

• Weight 3 — bold statement (larger designs)
